Delete your Solvory account

Two ways to do it. Both are final after the 30-day grace period.

1. From the app (fastest)

1. Open Solvory and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account disappears immediately and you'll be signed out.

2. By email

If you can't sign in, email support@ai-compasss.in from the address tied to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify ownership and process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

The moment you confirm, the following is permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your profile (name, email, password hash, Google account link, locale, currency).
• Every debt, payment, attachment, settlement, and counterpart link you created.
• In-app notifications and your push-notification device token.
• Any active sessions and authentication tokens (revoked immediately).

What we keep, and why

• Records on the other side of a bilateral debt — when you and another Solvory user had a linked debt, the counterpart still has their copy. Your name on their side becomes "Deleted user" but the financial record remains so their ledger stays accurate.
• Audit logs of moderation actions — if your account was the subject of a report or moderation decision, the bare audit entry (timestamp + action) is retained for up to 12 months for safety and dispute resolution. No personal data beyond a hashed user reference.
• Anonymised, aggregated counts — totals like "X users in March" with no link back to you.

The 30-day grace period

For the first 30 days after deletion, your data is held in cold storage so support can restore it if you change your mind. Email support@ai-compasss.in within that window from your original address. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible.
