Terms of Service
By using Solvory, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable.
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. What Solvory is
Solvory is a coordination tool for personal debts. It is not a payment processor, a bank, or a money transmitter. Solvory never holds, transfers, or routes money. Settlement happens between you and the other party, in real life, via your own means.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You're responsible for the accuracy of debt records you create. You agree not to use Solvory for fabricating debts, harassing other users, or laundering activity disguised as personal lending.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't impersonate others, create fake debts, or use the platform for fraud.
- Don't attempt to circumvent moderation, rate limits, or the report system.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission.
Violations can result in account suspension or permanent ban. We log moderation actions for transparency.
4. Free vs. premium
The free tier covers personal debt tracking. Premium features (unlimited debts, attachments, exports, no ads) are subject to recurring billing if you opt in. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. Disputes between users
If two parties disagree on whether a debt was paid, use the in-app dispute flow. Solvory may review and side with one party based on evidence — our decision is final for the platform record but does not constitute legal arbitration.
6. No warranties
Solvory is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or that the service will meet every personal financial need.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvory's total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 50, whichever is higher).
8. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated.
